1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Plantus mobile applications or website (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Botanical & Wild Mushroom Foraging Safety Disclaimer
Plantus utilizes probabilistic artificial intelligence algorithms for botanical identification. All identifications, toxicity ratings, and care advice are provided for educational and informational purposes only.
NEVER ingest, consume, or handle any wild plant, berry, or mushroom based solely on app identification.
Plantus and its affiliates assume no legal liability for illness, adverse reactions, or poisonings resulting from wild foraging. Always consult certified mycologists and agricultural authorities.
3. Subscriptions & 7-Day Free Trial
Certain features of Plantus require a paid subscription (Plantus Pro):
- Free Trial: Eligible users may receive a 7-day free trial. If not cancelled at least 24 hours prior to trial expiration, subscriptions automatically renew into paid terms.
- Billing & Cancellation: Subscriptions are managed directly through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account and can be cancelled anytime.
4. Intellectual Property
All software, logos, trademarks, database taxonomies, and visual design assets remain the exclusive intellectual property of Plantus.
5. Governing Law & Contact
